Introduction:
I would like to welcome all members and fellow pigeon fanciers to our brand new look Web Site, it is our intention to bring to the fancier a federation web site with a new dimension, we want you the fancier to bring your ideas forward and let us put them into practise, it is our intention to create a chat room so members and fellow fanciers can discuss, pigeon matters, liberations etc
Squeaker Sale:
The first important date on the 2009 federation agenda is Sunday March 15th, this is our squeaker sale day, again there will be a buffet provided, we have a guaranteed breeder/buyer Prize of £1000,also we have sponsorship from TauRIS ETS for 2 Gold Medals, again we have superb youngsters promised from fantastic fanciers, the sale will be held at the federation headquarters, so come along and enjoy a fabulous day out.
Grand National Race:
The federation launched the greatest federation race to ever come into our sport in 2007, there is no doubt this is you the fanciers own one loft race, this is your chance to win big money, again in 2009 we are holding this fantastic race, the race point is Sartilly, the race is Open to any Fancier who flies 265 miles or over from Sartilly, the closing date for entries if July 1st 2009, remember no entries will be accepted after July 1st, entries are continuing to come in, the entries for 2009 are miles infront of the entires we had in February 2008, so its up to you but dont be left behind wishing you had entered, this is your chance to win the greatest ever federation big money Young Bird Race. King Of The Distance Race
As a federation we have always tried to create big money racing, we have achieved this with our Young Bird Grand National Race, we are now hoping to do the same for Old Birds, 2009 has seen the launch of our King Of The Distance Race, this will be from Saintes on Saturday 11th of July 2009, the race is open to any RPRA member who flies 470 miles or over from the race point, entries for the race are £100 per bird with a maximum of only 5 birds allowed per loft, entries for the race close on June 1st 2009, marking for the race will be on Wednesday 8th of July at Shirland Miners Welfare, marking times will be 3.00pm until 5.00pm. This is you the fanciers own Old Bird One Loft Race. Again from me personally Best Of Luck.
